Advising the people around us is a good thing to do. However, there are certain guidelines our deen mentions when advising someone. Especially when a person has done something wrong, guidelines should be followed to ensure the person you are advising takes it in the best way possible. What are those guidelines?
Advice must be given personally and privately. Personally means you talk to them face to face. Privately means you don't call them out in front of people. Take them aside and give advice in private.
